Gainesville, Fla.  Saturday, March 17 - 1917.

  A Road leading from Waldo, conforming as near as
practicable to the road now Known as the Waldo and
Melrose road by way of Earlton to a point where said
road intersects the main road from Melrose to Orange Heights
and thence along said road to Orange Heights and thence along
the main road from Orange Heights through Campville, Hawthorne
and thence following as near as practicable, the old road from
Hawthorne to Island Grove to where same crosses the Half
Section line of Section fifteen (15) Township twelve (12) Range
Twenty two (22), thence continue west on Grove Street to a
point about seventy five (75) yards west of Seaboard depot,
thence south on route granted by County across arm of Orange
Lake to Marion County line at a point about one quarter
mile west of Seaboard Air Line.
  And for the following permanent bridges to be constructed
within said District, to wit;
  One bridge over and across Lochloosa Creek on the road
between Grove Park and Hawthorne, and one bridge across
the arm of Orange Lake
  Be it further resolved, That the Estimated cost of
the construction of said roads and bridges is the sum of
Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000.00) Dollars.
  Be it Further Resolved That the payment of and for the
construction of said Roads and Bridges shall be by the issuance
of five hundred (500) bonds of the denomination of One Thousand
($1000.00) Dollars each, bearing interest at the rate of five per
cent (5%) per annum, said interest payable semi-annually,
and that said bonds shall mature as follows: One hundred
twenty five (125) of said bonds shall mature in twenty years;
One hundred twenty five (125) of said bonds shall mature in thirty years;
One hundred twenty five (125) of said bonds shall mature in forty years; and
One hundred twenty five (125) of said bonds shall mature in fifty years.
  Be it Further Resolved By this Board that the above mentioned
proposed roads shall be not less than sixteen (16) feet in width,
same to be hard surfaced, and that the same shall be constructed
by awarding a contract therefore as provided by law:
  Be it Further resolved - That any monies that may remain onthe
bond fund after the construction of the aforesaid roads, shall
be used to construct a road from Rochelle to Micanopy, con-
forming as near as practicable to the main road now between
said points and to be constructed of sand, clay and limestone
