four hundred acres of land being part and parcel 
of a tract consisting of Fifteen Thousand acres situated 
and being on the River St. John about twelve miles south 
of Lake George in East Florida Which said tract of 
Land was originally granted to Don Antonio Huertas 
in absolute property by a concession or grant bearing 
date on or about the fifteenth day of September 
in the year One thousand eight hundred & seventeen by 
Don Jose Coppinger then the governor of East Florida 
and which was afterwards that s to say on or about 
the fourth day of December One thousand eight hundred 
& twenty one sold and conveyed by the said Antonio Huertas 
to the said Juan de Entralgo and also one other tract or 
parcel of land containing five thousand acres, situated 
and being on Black Creek in East Florida aforesaid which 
was originally granted to Fernando de la Maza Arredondo 
Junior by a grant or concession bearing date on or about 
the twentieth day March One thousand eight hundred 
and seventeen made by Don Jose Coppinger then the 
Governor of East Florida and afterwards confirmed by 
the said Fernando de la Maza Arredondo Junior by royal 
title or grant in absolute property bearing date the ninth day 
of August One Thousand eight hundred and Twenty made 
by the said Don Jose Coppinger then also the Governor of 
East Florida which said last mentioned tract or parcel of 
land was on or about the fifth day of January One thousand 
eight hundred and twenty one sold and transferred by the said 
Fernando de la Maza Arredondo to the said Juan de Entralgo 
And also twenty thousand acres of land part and parcel 
of a certain tract or parcel of land consisting of Twenty 
Two Thousand situated and being in the Alachua County 
at places called Cascawilla and Chaclaha in East 
Florida which said tract of land was originally granted 
to Geo I.F. Clarke by a concession & grant in absolute property 
each bearing date on or about the seventeenth day of December 
One Thousand eight hundred and seventeen by 
the aforesaid Don Jose Coppinger then Governor of
