          County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that whereas
Frank Dansey & Ned Dansey of above State and County are indebted to Taylor & Sanchez
of the above State and County are indebted to Taylor & Sanchez of the Same State and County
in the sum of Fifty dollars lawful money of the United States which said
sum is expressed in one certain promissory note bearing date of May 12 1886
and for the said Sum of Fifty dollars and falling due on Oct 12 AD 1886 with
interest at 1% per month Now therefore to better secure said Taylor & Sanchez
in full payment of said note and interest as expressed we do by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Taylor & Sanchez heirs
and assigns all my right title interest and claim of in and to all the
crops of whatsoever Species kind or description now growing or which
may hereafter be planted grown or gathered by us or for us or for our
benefit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
also the following described property to wit: To have and to Hold all and
Singular the crops and personal property above bargained and sold unto
the said Taylor & Sanchez heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said Frank Dansey & Ned Dansey should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Taylor & Sanchez the full
amount of said note together with the interest according to its tenor
and effect then this instrument to be void else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said
Frank Dansey & Ned Dansey will pay therefor all Attorneys fees charges
and expenses In Witness Whereof we hereunto set our hand and affix
our Seal this 12th day of May AD 1886
