if the said Richard Evans should will and truly pay or cause to
be paid unto the said Leander C. Doane the full amount of said
note together with the interest according to its tenor and and effect then
this instrument to be void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said Richard Evans will pay
therefor all attorney's fees and expenses In Witness Whereof I have here unto set

State of Florida } know all men by these presents that whereas Fred
Alachua County } Robinson of the above State and County is indebted to
Leander C. Doane of the same State and County in the sum of Two Hundred
dollars which said sum is covenanted to be paid by one certain promissory note
bearing date with these presents and for the said sum of Two Hundred dollars
bearing interest at the rate of ten percent per annum. Now
therefore to better secure the payment of said note and interest as
therein I do by these presents grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Leander C. Doane his heirs and assigns all
my right in the interest and claim of in and to all crops of whatsoever
species kind or description now growing or which may hereafter be
planted grown or gathered by me or for my benefit on or off of any
and all lands in Alachua County Florida. Also the following described
property to wit One light sorrel Horse about ten years old named
"Wade" now in my possession To Have and to Hold all and singular the
crops lands and personal property above bargained and sold
unto the said Leander C. Doane his heirs executors administrators
