indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 9th day of May AD 1884 made
and executed by R.M. Witt and Maria A. Witt his wife to John W.
Gustine on the following described premises situated in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida The North West qr of Section Twelve
(12) Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen (19) Containing 160 acres
more or less and recorded in the office of the recorder of the County
of Alachua State of Florida in Mortgage Book G of 273 pages 274, 275
on the 16th day of May AD 1884 at ___ oclock _M is redeemed paid off
satisfied and discharged in full
