Sue F. Finger }
              State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents
              County of Alachua} that whereas W.H. Thompson of
of above State and County is indebted to Sue F. Finger of the Same State 
and County in the sum of Five Hundred dollars lawful money of the 
United States which said Sum is expressed in one certain promissory note 
bearing date November 9th 1886 and for the Said Sum of Five hundred
dollars and falling due Twelve months after date with interest at ten
per cent. Now therefore to better Secure Said Sue F. Finger in full 
payment of said note and as Expressed I do by these presents 
grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said Sue F. Finger her heirs 
and assigns all my right title interest and claim of in and to all 
the following described property to wit: One portable Engine &
Boiler of Wood & Man make and fixtures, one Saw mill &
fixtures: To Have and to Hold All and Singular the personal 
property above bargained and Sold unto the said Sue F. Finger
her heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever, Provided nev
ertheless that if the Said W.H. Thompson should well and 
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Sue F. Finger the 
full amount of said note, together with the interest according 
to its tenor and effect then this instrument to be void Else 
to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further 
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this instru
ment by legal proceedings the said W.H. Thompson will pay there
for all attorneys fees charges and Expenses
In Witness whereof I hereunto Set my hand and affix my 
Seal this 9th day of November AD 1886
