To have and to hold all and Singular the Crops and personal property 
above bargained and Sold unto the said Wm A. Colclough his heirs Executors 
administrators and assigns forever, Provided nevertheless that if the said Tillman
Gordon Should well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Wm A. Colclough
the full amount of said note together with the interest according to its tenor 
and effect then this instrument to be void else to remain in full force and 
virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that should it become necessary to 
enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said Tillman Gordon will 
pay therefor all attorneys fees Charges and expenses -

County is indebted to W.A. Colclough of the same State and County 
in the Sum of one Hundred & twenty five dollars lawful money of
the United States which said sum is expressed in one Certain 
promissory note bearing date and for the said sum of one hund
red & twenty five dollars and falling due on the 1st Nov 1887
