or otherwise, And it is further agreed and stipulated that Should any
one of the above described notes or any part of the interest thereon
remain due and unpaid for the space of thirty days after maturity
then in that event the whole of the balance of the principal sum and in=
terest hereby secured shall become due and payable at the option of the

Alachua County   } in and for said County and State do hereby
Certify that on this 11th day of December AD 1886 before me personally
appeared Randolph Moody and Mrs Matilda Moody his wife to me
well known as the persons described in and who executed the fore
going Mortgage deed and severally acknowledged at Execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned and Matilda Moody the wife of the said Randolph
Moody on an Examination taken and made separately and 
apart from her said husband did acknowledge before me that
She made herself a party to the said Conveyance for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her right of dower in and to the
lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and thereby
Granted and released and that such renunciation and relin-
quishment of dower is made by her freely and voluntarily and with
out Constraint constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said hus
band.
