State of Florida } This Indenture made on the twenty fifth
Marion County    } day of December Eighteen hundred and Eighty
Six between A.G. Hester as trustee for his children and by
F.B. Hester on his own account of the first part and J.L. Wol=
fender H.C. Pirce Jno T. Miller & W.L. Miller of the second part
Witnesseth, that whereas the parties of the second part have this
day signed together with the parties of the first part a certain Bond
Conditioned for the appearance of John P. Hester at the next
term of the Circuit Court to be held in Marion County Florida
to answer to an Indictment for the Murder of Dan Cox, and
Whereas it is the desire of the parties of the first part to
Save the parties of the second part harmless from the payment
of any Sum of Money should the said John P. Hester fail to appear
at said term of the Court. Now therefore for the foregoing
consideration as well as for the sum of Ten Dollars in hand
paid to the parties of the first part before the Signing & Sealing
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.
The parties of the first part have given granted bargained sold
and delivered and do by these presents so bargain give grant
