Alachua County   } Nathan Almonds of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty
five Dol's to him paid by James T. Collins of the aforesaid County
and State the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bar
gain and sell unto the said James T. Collins and assigns the
goods and chattels described as follows to wit - One black
prairie horse four years old brand on the Shoulder (Z) To have and
To hold the said horse to the sole use and benefit of the said
James T. Collins his Executors administrators and assigns "forever"
