Provided nevertheless and these presents are upon this express Condition
that if the said Nathan Almonds shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid 
"as stipulated" his certain promissory note of even date herewith drawn by said
Nathan Almonds for the sum of Sixty five dollars and payable in monthly
installments "to wit" on the first day of December next $10 00/100 and on the first days
of January February March April and May 1887 $11 00/100 Each to the order of the
said James T. Collins with interest from date then this Conveyance shall be
void: otherwise to be and remain in full force, And the said Nathan Almonds
hereby covenants that on default of payment or any sale or attempt to sell
or attempt to secrete or remove from the County or to abuse or to misuse
or upon any seizure by any process of law or if from any other Cause
the Security shall become inadequate, then the said James T. Collins or
Successors may take immediate possession of said horse wherever found
and dispose of the same at public or by private sale for the highest
price that can be obtained and shall apply the proceeds or said sale
to the payment of said note and interest thereon and all reasonable
and necessary costs, and shall pay the residue "if any" to said Nathan
Almonds or successors, otherwise said horse to be and remain in
the peaceable possession of said Nathan Almonds or legal representatives
