State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents that whereas
County of Alachua } I Willis Gardner and Maria Gardner of
above State and County am indebted to Wm Trapp of the same State
and County in the sum of Sixty Six dollars lawfull money of the United
States which said sum is Expressed in one certain promissory note bearing
date 1 January 1888 and for the sum of $6600 dollars and falling due
on   AD 1888 with interest at 8 pr ct for 1 year. Now therefore to better
Secure said William Trapp in full payment of said note and interest
as Expressed do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Wm Trapp heirs and assigns all my right title interest and
Twenty nine acres the North East quarter of the south east quarter
of Section four in Township ten South of Rang Eighteen east
To have and to Hold all and singular, Said Wm Trapp his
heirs Executors Administrators and assigns forever, Provided nev
theless that if the said Willis Gardner & Maria Gardner should
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Wm Trapp
the full amount of Said note together with the interest according
to it tenor and effect then this instrument to be void, else to remain
in full force and virtue, And it is hereby further agreed that
should it become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceed-
ings the said Willis Gardner will pay therefor all attorneys fees
charges and Expenses, In Witness whereof we hereunto set our
hand and affix our seal this 12 day of March AD 1886
