incorporated by the Legislature of the State of Pennsylvania party of the
second part, whereas the said trustees their successors in office and each
of them personally and individually and their executors administrators heirs
and assigns in and by their bond or writing obligatory under their bond
and seal duly executed bearing even date hereunto stand bound unto the
said second party their certain attorney or assigns in the sum of one thou
sand dollars ($1000) conditioned for the payment of one thousand dollars
in five years and at the following times in installments to wit.
On or before the first day of January 1888 Two hundred dollars ($200)
On or before the first day of January 1889 Two hundred dollars ($200)
On or before the first day of January 1890 Two hundred dollars ($200)
On or before the first day of January 1891 Two hundred dollars ($200)
On or before the first day of January 1892 Two hundred dollars ($200)
with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent per annum payable
and every installment of principal and interest to be paid without
delay at the time specified herein, Now this indenture Witnesseth that
the said Trustees and successors as well  for and in consideration of the
aforesaid sum of One thousand dollars, and for the better securing the
payment of the said sum with interest unto the said second party or assigns
as well in discharge of the said in part recited obligations as for and
in consideration of the further sum of one dollar unto the said first
party paid by the said second party the receipt is hereby acknowledged
has granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do bargain
grant sell and convey unto the party of the second part and to its suc
cessors and assigns forever all the following described Real estate
lying and being situate in the City of Gainesville in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to wit, Beginning for the same at the
South East Corner of Lot number twenty four (24) as laid down on
Williams map of Brush's addition to the City of Gainesville and
running thence westerly bounding on the South line of said lot
three hundred and thirty (330) feet, thence Northerly in a straight
line one hundred and thirty two (132) feet Thence Easterly parallel
with the south boundary line of said lot Three hundred and thirty
(330) feet to the East boundary line thereof and thence southerly
one hundred and thirty two (132) feet in a straight line to the
place of beginning, The East boundary line of the premises here
in described fronting on Pleasant Street. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be
longing or in anywise appertaining and also all the estate right
title and interest whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
party of the first part of in and to the same and every part there
of with the appurtenances unto the second party and to its successors
and assigns forever. Provided always nevertheless that if the
said trustees their successors their heirs or assigns shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the "Board of Church Extensions
of the Methodist Episcopal Church" its successors assigns
