the aforesaid debt or sum of one thousand dollars ($1000) on the day
and time herein before mentioned and appointed for the payment of the
same together with the interest aforesaid then this obligation shall cease
and determine and become null and void, Provided further in case of
default in the payment of the interest at anytime falling due for the
space of   days or any part thereof that thereupon it shall be lawful
for the said second party or assigns to proceed at once thereon to
record the principal moneys hereby secured and all interest thereon
according to law, And the said first party further agrees to pay
all costs expenses and attorneys fees which the said second party may
be put to in forcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money covenan
ted to be paid by said part recited bond or obligations, and the said
first party further stipulates and agrees to Keep the buildings Erected
on the above described premises insured in and by some incorporated
company in good standing against loss or damage by fire in
at least the sum of One thousand dollars and will at any time
when required so to do assign the policy of such insurance to
said party of the second part, In witness whereof the said party
lawfully constituted trustees aforesaid affix their name and seal
to this Indenture on the day and Year first above written
