force and virtue and it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
R.B. Hunter his heirs or assigns will pay all costs Expenses or attorneys fees
which the said S.D. Smoke may be put to in enforcing the collection of the
afore said sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or
otherwise, and it is further agreed and stipulated that should any of the above
note or notes or any part thereof or any of the interest thereon remain due
and unpaid for the space of thirty days after maturity then and in that
event the whole of the balance of the principal sum and interest hereby secured
shall become due and payable at the option of mortgagee herein

Alachua County      }  Know all men by these present, that I Clarkson
Wesley of the County of Alachua and State of Florida am just indebted
to Charles W. Bauknight a merchant of the Town of Archer County of
Alachua and State of Florida in the sum of Seventy Five Dollars ($7500 which
said sum I agree and bind myself my heirs and assigns to pay on the
first day of October A.D. 1887 and any further indebtedness that I may
make in the interim with the said Charles W. Bauknight (merchant)
Now for the better security of the payment of the above amount Expressed
at the time specified or any other indebtedness I do by these presents
bargain sell deliver and convey unto the said Charles W. Bauknight (merchant)
all my right title interest and claim to all crops of every kind and
description planted and cultivated by me or for me or for my benefit
on or off of all lands in Alachua County Florida for the year Eighteen
hundred and Eighty seven, also one Bay mare named Dollie about ten
years of age, also one dark Bay Colt about two years old
