and the future increase of the mare mentioned, To have and to hold the
above described crops and personal property unto the said Charles W. Bauknight
his heirs and assigns forever warranted free from all incumbrances, Provided
Nevertheless the within is considered in the value of a Mortgage for the identi
cal purpose of securing to Charles W. Bauknight his heirs or assigns the
payment of the sum of Seventy Five Dollars ($7500) on the first day of October
A.D. 1887 Now if I shall well and truly pay said amount as expressed and
any further indebtedness then this instrument to be null and void, and in default
of said payment I agree and bind myself my heirs and assigns to pay
all attorneys fees costs and expenses in the foreclosure and collecting of
said mortgage hereby waiving the benefit of the Homestead and Exemption
laws of Florida binding said property as if no such law existed, In Witness
whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this the 13th day of
January A.D. 1887

This Indenture made the 10th day of April A.D. 1879 between
Anthony Porter and his wife Lucinda Porter of the County of
Alachua State of Florida, parties of the first part and Truman
Doane of Alachua County Florida of the second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of one hundred
and twenty six 77/100 Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained sold
transfered and do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in Alachua County Florida and Known and
described on the public maps of the State as follows, The East half
of the North East quarter (E 1/2 of NE 1/4) of Section Eight (S.8) Township
