Alachua County   } Florida personally appeared Phillis Field the wife of the
Grantor to the foregoing deed who being examined separate and apart from
her said husband acknowledged that for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar to her in hand paid and the consideration mentioned in the
foregoing deed She relinquished all dower and right of dower that she has
or may have in the lands therein conveyed that the same was done freely and
voluntarily without any fear or apprehension of or from her said husband

State of New York     } Whereas Joshua N.T. Goss on the 12th day
County of St Lawrence } of January AD 1887 made and Executed a
certain Indenture of Mortgage on the lands herein after described to the
Watertown Steam Engine Co of Watertown New York to secure said Water
town Steam Engine Company in the sum of twelve hundred and Eighty and
60/100 dollars: and whereas Eleanor E. Goss wife of Joshua N.T. Goss
did not join in said Mortgage to relinquish her dower in & to said
lands:  Therefore Know all men by these presents that I Eleanor E. Goss
wife of Joshua N.T. Goss of St. Lawrence County New York for and
in consideration of the premises, and of the sum of one dollar to
me in hand paid by Watertown Steam Engine Company the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do herein & hereby relinquish release
renounce & convey to Watertown Steam Engine Company all of my dower
right of dower interest claim or demand in & to the folling lands
lying & being in Alachua County Florida & described as follows, All
of Lot (27) Twenty Seven Section Twenty eight (28) Township Nine (9) Range
(19) Nineteen S & E as will more fully appear by reference to Map of same
in Plat Book A pg 16 one of Public records of Alachua County Florida
