Know all men by these presents, that I Wm P. Green of Eastport
in the County of Washington and State of Maine the Mortgager
within named in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars
to me paid by Patrick Whalen of said Eastport the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged do hereby sell assign and set over unto the Said
Whalen all my right title and interest in and to the within Mortgage
the premises therein described and the Notes thereby secured.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
fourteenth day of July AD 1885

of the Sum of Six hundred Dollars to me in hand paid on the
Mortgage herein after described by A.W. Leighton of Alachua County
State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby and herein grant release and make over to the said
Alfred W. Leighton and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns all that part of the Mortgage property described
as follows, One Engine and boiler Manufactured by Frick
& Co Wanesboro Penn and the Saw Mill attached being a part
of the Mortgage property described in a certain Mortgage Exe
cuted by James M. Leighton and Mary E. Leighton and
Alfred W. Leighton and Teresa O. Leighton to Wm P. Green
