County of Alachua}  This Indenture made and entered into on this 5th day
of February A.D. 1887. Witnesseth, whereas J.N. Malphurs of above State and
County am indebted to G.D. Younglove & Son in the sum of Seventy five 95/100
Dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the further con
sideration of one dollar to me in hand paid do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son and to their heirs or assigns
all the right title interest and claim of the myself, also the following described
personal property to wit: one Gray mare 9 Years old, one Tennessee Gem
wagon and one set of harness, the said Wagon and harness having this day
been bought of the said G.D. Younglove & Son. To have and to hold all and
singular the above personal property bargained and sold unto the said G.D.
Younglove & Son their heirs or assigns forever: Providing nevertheless if the
said N.W. Malphurs shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto
the said G.D. Younglove & Son the full amount of account heretofore made
by the said G.D. Younglove & Son together with the charges for commissions and
interest on the same then this obligation to be void else to remain in
full force and virtue, and it is hereby further agreed that all amounts
are due and payable on delivery of the goods and that this instrument
may be enforced at any time at the option of the said G.D. Younglove &
Son, and it is hereby further agreed that should it become necessary to
force this instrument by legal proceedings the said N.W. Malphurs will
pay therefor all attorneys fees charges and Expenses. In Witness whereof
I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this 5th day of Feby AD 1887
