veyance for the purpose of conveying and relinquishing all her right of dower
homestead sole and seperate estate statutory and equitable and of estate by the En
tirety in the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and granted
and that she executed said conveyance and said relinquishment and renunciation
of dower is made by her freely and voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

Know all men that I Samuel J. Burnett of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
the executor of James H. Roper of Alachua County the mortgagee named
in a certain mortgage given by Sarah A. Darby and husband of Palatka
Florida filed for Record on the 28th day of May 1884 and recorded in book G of
Mortgages at page 326-329 of the records of said Alachua County in consideration
of four thousand and eighty one 70/100 to me paid by William Wilkinson
Taller of Palatka Florida, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
assign transfer and set over to the said William W. Taller and his heirs and
assigns to their own use and behoof forever with all the rights privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
