State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I John
Hernando County  } Parsons for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar to me in hand paid by Lewis C. Ellis of Alachua County Florida
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have released relinquished and
quit claimed unto him the said Lewis C. Ellis all my right title interest or
claim in and to the following described piece parcel or tract of land
to wit: The South half of the West half of the South West Quarter of
the South West Quarter of Section Twenty Eight (28) Township nine (9) S
of Range Twenty (20) S&E containing ten acres, which said piece of
land is described in a certain mortgage Deed made and executed by
Lewis C. Ellis on the 16th day of April AD 1886 and is
recorded in Mortgage Book No 10 at page 284 of the Public Records
of Alachua County Florida = In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal on this 14th day of February AD 1887
