I promise to pay to Wheeler & Wilson Manufacturing Company
or order, Forty Four Dollars at Jacksonville 1st day of November
1887, being the price of a Wheeler & Wilson Sewing Machine style
DBE No 510554 and I agree that on default of payment of
Either of said installments when due then the full balance of
this date remaining unpaid shall thereupon mature and imme
diately become due and collectable without further Notice or demand
This note to bear interest from the date of maturity, But said sale
is conditional, and the title to said Machine remains in said
Company until this Note with all interests and costs are fully
paid, and in default of payment of this note or any part
thereof, Said machine is to be returned to said Company on
demand, and in addition thereto I hereby convey to said Company
for the purpose of further securing said debt and create a Mort=
gage lien therefor on the following described property which is
now in my own right and not Encumbered by any other debt to wit
one Cow, color white & black branded GL on the right hip, one
red cow branded GL on right hip, one spotted white & black
yearling bull, one dark red yearling heifer, Said mortgaged
property being now in possession of myself and on premises occu-
pied by Paynes Prairie in said State and County. Each of us whether
principal security guarantor indorsor or other party hereto, hereby
severally waives and renounces each for himself and family any
and all homestead or Exemption rights and any and all Exemp-
tion of daily weekly monthly or yearly wages or Salary of each of
us from the process of garnishment either of us or the family of
Either of us may have under or by virtue of the Constitution or Laws
of this State, or any other State of the United States, as against this
debt or any renewal thereof: and each further waives demand protest
and notice of demand protest and nonpayment. Given under the
hand and seal of each party, Witness my hand and seal
