Know all men that we Isaac Saunders and Samuel J. Burnett
of Gainesville Florida the executors of James H. Roper the Mortgagers
named in a certain mortgage deed given by Sarah A. Darby and Hus
band dated   and recorded in book G at page 326 of the records
of Alachua County Florida in consideration of four thousand and
Eighty one and 70/100 dollars to us paid by William Wilkinson Taller
of Palatka Florida, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do here
by assign transfer and set over to the said William Wilkinson Toller
the said Mortgage deed the real estate thereby conveyed and the note and
claim thereby secured dated April 22nd 1884. To have and to Hold the
Same to the said William Wilkinson Taller and his heirs and assigns
to their own use and behoof forever, without recourse on us
