bearing date the 5th day of November AD 1884 made and Executed by Annie
L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband to said George W. Ferrill the foll
owing described Real estate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
all of lots numbers fifteen (15) Sixteen (16) Seventeen (17) and nineteen (19)
according to the map or plat of what is Known as the Mackey and
Hudson tract as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County Fla on page 906 Book "J" of the record of deeds
of said County Containing by estimation one hundred and fifty
Eight Acres of land more or less and recorded in the office of Recorder
of the County of Alachua State of Florida in Book "H" of Mortgages
pages 58 to 61 on the 17th day of November AD 1884 is redeemed paid
off satisfied and discharged in full
