Alachua and State of Florida to wit, Lot number (18) Eighteen of Mackey & Hudson
Plat of same recorded on page 906 of Book "J" containing Forty acres of land
more or less, Being Annie L. Barton's seperate property and recorded in the
Office of Recorder of the County of Alachua State of Florida in Book 10 of
Mortgages Page 251 on the 16th day of March AD 1886 is redeemed paid off Satisfied
and discharged in full

that a certain indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 26th day
of June AD 1886 made and Executed by R.M. Witt and wife to Said
Lucy H. Eastman on the following described personal property
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, one Bay mare
Seven years old Branded "K" on the shoulder and "T" on the thigh
one Chestnut sorrel mare seven years old and one sorrel pony
mare Seven years old. Each branded "K" on the shoulder and T 
on the thigh one sorrel horse colt three years old and
one brown mare colt three years old branded "W" and recorded
in the office of Recorder of the County of Alachua State of
Florida in Book No 11 of Mortgages pages 149 & 150 on the 9th
day of October AD 1886, is redeemed paid off satisfied and discharged
in full.
