Alachua County   } Whereas William L. Finger and Sue F. Finger his wife
of Alachua County Florida parties of the first part are justly indebted to
Elizabeth Hutchins of the City of Toronto Province of Ontario Canada
in the sum of Eighty Dollars which said sum of money is covenanted to be
paid by a Certain promissory note bearing even date herewith to wit:
Twelve months after date we promise to pay Elizabeth Hutchins or Order
the Sum of Eighty (80) Dollars with Interest at the rate of Fifteen per cent
per Annum for value received, Interest payable Semi annually, Interest
and principal payable at Waldo Fla   Signed   {  William L. Finger  (seal)

And whereas we are desirous of fully and better Securing the payment of
said note and the sum of money mentioned therein, Therefore Know all
men by these presents that William L. Finger and Sue F. Finger parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the premises and of one dollar
to them in hand paid have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Elizabeth
Hutchins her heirs and assigns all the following described piece parcel
or tract of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida to wit:  Lots (2) (3) (6) and (7). Two Three Six and Seven of
Section Six in Township Nine South of Range Twenty one East
Containing 140 acres more or less, Lots 2, 3, 6 and 7 Secn 6 T9 R21E
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have
and to Hold the same unto the said William L. Finger or Sue F. Finger his wife
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of
Money Covenanted to be paid by said Note, together with the interest
to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor and effect thereof then
this obligation shall become null and void, otherwise to remain in full
force and virtue, and it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that
the said William L. Finger or Sue F. Finger their heirs or assigns will
pay all costs Expenses and attorneys fees which the said Elizabeth
Hutchins may be put to in Enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid
sum of Money covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure
or otherwise and Taxes due or to become due &c.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals on this Twenty Third day of November AD 1886
