Hold the above described crops and horse unto the said Charles W.
Bauknight his heirs and assigns as his and their property forever warranted
free from all incumbrances. Provided nevertheless the within is considered
in the nature of a Mortgage for the purpose of securing to Charles
W. Bauknight his heirs or assigns the payment of Twenty Five Dollars
on the first day of October AD 1887 and any further advances which
payments if duly made will under this instrument null and void and
in default of said payments at the time specified Charles W. Bauknight
his heirs or assigns all duly Empowered to foreclose said instrument
according to law and I agree to pay all attorneys fees and Expenses
in the collection of same hereby waiving the benefit of the homestead and
Exemption laws of Florida binding said property as if no such law Existed
