This Indenture made the 12th day of April in the Year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Six, Between J.
F.B. McKinney and Celia McKinney his wife of the County
of Baker and State of Florida parties of the first part and
Nellie E. Barrett of the County of Windham and State of
Vermont party of the second part. Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of
Two Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the said par
ty of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowl-
edged have granted bargained sold Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell Convey and Con
firm to the said party of the second part and to her heirs
and assigns forever all the following piece parcel or
tract of land Situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida and described as follows, The
South west Quarter of the North West of Section Thirteen
Township Eight South of Range Twenty one East forty Acres more
or less. SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 SEC 13 Twp 8 S of R 21E, Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and
to Hold, the above granted premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
forever, and the said parties of the first part for themselves and
their heirs Executors and Administrators hereby Covenant
with the said party of the second part her heirs Executors ad
ministrators and assigns that they are lawfully seized of
the said premises in fee simple and have good right to Convey
and Mortgage the same to the said party of the second part
that the said premises are free and discharged from all
taxes titles and all liens and incumbrances of any
