of the sum of One Hundred & fifty (150) Dollars Cash in hand paid
by Q.P. Rawls that a certain indenture or mortgage bearing date
the 22nd day of February 1884 made and Executed by J.D. Matheson
Trustee to said F.E. Nettleton & recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Alachua County State of Florida in Book G of Mortgages at page
75 1st day of March 1884 is redeemed paid off satisfied & discharged
in full as to the following described Real Estate described in said
Mortgage. The West half of the South East quarter Sec 34 in Tp 8
Range 18 East, Containing Eighty acres of land more or less
