County of Marion     } whom it may Concern that Mary A. Baldwin wife of the within
named B.L. Baldwin did this day appear before me and upon being privately and sepa
rately examined by me did declare that she does fully voluntarily and without any Com
pulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband renounce release
and forever relinquish unto the within named "The Central City Building and Loan
Association" of Gainesville Fla its successors and assigns all her interest and
estate and also all her right and claim of dower of in or to all and singular the
premises within mentioned and released

State of Florida  } Know all men by these Presents That whereas John B.
County of Alachua } Starling of the above State and County is indebted to H.C. 
Parker of the same State and County in the sum of Two hundred Dollars law
ful money of the United States which said sum is expressed in one Certain prom
issory note bearing date March 11th 1887 and for the said sum of Two
Hundred Dollars and falling due on 1st day of October AD 1887 with interest 
at 1 pr ¢ pr mo from date until paid, Now therefore to better secure said 
H.C. Parker in full payment of said note and interest as expressed do by these 
presents grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said H.C. Parker his heirs 
and assigns all my right title interest and claim of in and to all the Crops 
of whatsoever Species Kind or description now growing or which may hereafter 
be planted Grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit on or off 
of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida. Also the following described 
property to wit, One Sorrel mare (Horse) about 2 1/2 years old named Pigeon, Thirty
head of Stock Cattle marked under Square in one Ear and under bit in
the other, Branded Single Heart. To have and to Hold all and Singular 
the Crops and personal property above bargained and Sold unto the said 
H.C. Parker his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said John B. Starlin Should well 
and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said H.C. Parker the full 
amount of Said note together with the interest according to its tenor 
and effect, then this instrument to be void, else to remain in full 
force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that should it be
come necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings 
the said John B. Starling will pay therefor all attorneys fees
