          This Indenture made the 15th day of January in the Year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Six between Abreham Cato and
Darcas Cato his wife of Alachua County State of Florida parties of the first
part and Robert J. Miller of Columbia County State of Florida of the Second
part: Whereas the said Abreham Cato & Darcas Cato is Justly indebted
to Robert J. Miller party of the second part in the sum of One hundred
and Sixty five dollars lawful money of the United States of America
as in and by their certain promissory note bearing even date herewith
fully and at large appears for one hundred and Sixty five dollars payable
on the first day of October AD 1886, being for the purchase of land
a ^horse^ & ox herein after described Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for the better securing the payment
of the said sum of money mentioned in said promissory note and
also for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida described as follows
South West 1/4 of South West 1/4 Sec nineteen and North West 1/4 of North West 1/4
of Sec thirty Township Seven South of Range Eighteen East also one
bey horse and black Spotted ^ox^ name Jennifer Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower Separate Estate
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in Equity of the said parties of the first part of in and to the
same and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
