unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his and
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever Provided Always and
these presents are on this express condition that if the said Abreham
Cato and Dorcas Cato their heirs executors or administrators shall well
and truly pay unto the said party of the second part his heirs
executors administrators or assigns the said sum of money mentioned
in said promissory note when the same shall become due according to the
true intent and meaning thereof together with all costs charges and expenses
which the said party of the second part may incur or be put to in collecting
the same by foreclosure and attorneys fees and that then these presents
and the estate hereby granted shall cease determine and be absolutely
null and void. And the said parties of the first part for themselves and their
heirs executors and administrators do covenant and agree to pay unto the said
party of the second part his heirs executors administrators or assigns the
said promissory note and all costs charges and expenses Robt J. Miller the
party of the second part may incur or be put to in collecting the same by
foreclosure or which the assigns of the second part shall incur including
council fees to be aded in account. In Witness Wereof the said parties

Dorcas Cato wife of the above named Abreham Cato do by these
presents made and executed by me Separate and apart from my said
husband and in the presence of Geo B. Ellis a Judicial officer of the
State of Florida acknowledge and declare that I did make myself a
party to and executed the foregoing Mortgage deed for the purpose
of relinquishing & releasing all my right of homestead & dower in and to
the lands in said deed described and Mortgaged and that I did the
same freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
fear or apprehension of or from my said husband. In Witness Whereof
