assigns forever. Providing nevertheless if the said John L. Beach shall well and 
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said W.H. Pratt the full amount of account and 
advances heretofore made and that hereafter may or shall be made by the Said
W.H. Pratt together with the Charges for Commissions and interest on the same then 
this obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue, And it is hereby 
further agreed that all amounts are due and payable on delivery of the goods 
and that this instrument may be enforced at any time at the option of the said 
W.H. Pratt and it is further agreed that should it become necessary to force 
this instrument by legal proceedings the said John L. Beach will pay therefor 
all Attorneys fees Charges and expenses. In Witness whereof I hereunto set my 
hand and affix my seal this 4th day of March A.D. 1887

State of Florida  } This Indenture made and entered into on this 
County of Alachua } 18th day of Feby AD 1887, Witnesseth that John
W.D. McCray of the above State and County in consideration of the sum 
of forty five dollars already advanced and due to W.H. Pratt by 
the said John W.D. McCray the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for the further consideration that the said W.H. Pratt Shall and 
will make Such further advances in provisions merchandise and 
supplies as may be necessary in the Judgement of said W.H. Pratt 
to Enable said John W.D. McCray to make harvest and prepare for 
market his Crops of all Kinds during the present year AD 187 such 
further advances not to exceed forty five dollars. Now therefore to 
fully secure said W.H. Pratt in the full payment of all amounts 
heretofore advanced and that may be advanced in the future and 
for the further Consideration of One dollar to him in hand paid 
do by these presents grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said 
W.H. Pratt and to his heirs or assigns all the right title interest 
and claim of the said John W.D. McCray his heirs Executors adminis
trators and assigns of in and to all the Crops of every species and 
Kind now planted or to be planted or grown or gathered by me
