in consideration of the sum of One dollar Cash in hand paid by Wm
F. Flynn that certain Indentures or mortgages bearing date the 6th day of
March 1886 and the 25 day of March 1887 Made and executed by Said
Wm F. Flynn to said Geo K. Broome for the sum of two hundred &
twenty five, $225 dollars and one hundred and ten $110 dollars
and recorded in the Office of the recorder of Alachua County State
of Florida in Book #9 Pages 393 & 394 and Book #11 Pages 465 &
466 on the 6th day of March 1886 and on the 25th day of March 1887 is
redeemed paid off satisfied and discharged in full as to the follow
ing described Real Estate described in said mortgages to wit, Commen
cing ten feet North of the South West corner of lot 14, Block 5 Range 1
Ropers addition to Gainesville, thence running North forty seven feet
& six inches, thence East one hundred & thirty three feet, thence South
forty Seven feet & Six inches thence west one hundred & thirty three feet
to point of beginning
