pay or cause to be paid unto the said Wm H. Traxler the full amount of the advances
heretofore made and hereafter to be made with the charges for commission and
interest on the same then this obligation to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue. And it is further agreed that all amounts heretofore and
hereafter advanced are due and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor
and shall bear interest accordingly and that this instrument may be
enforced at anytime at the option of the said Wm H. Traxler And it is
hereby further agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said James Givin will pay therefor
all attorney's fees charges and expenses. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto

       Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
this 20th day of February AD 1886 Witnesseth that I D.A. Merchant in
consideration of the sum of one Hundred & Sixty Eight dollars already
advanced by and now due to W.H. Traxler by him the said D.A.
Merchant the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the
further consideration that the said W.H. Traxler shall and will
make such further reasonable amount of advances in provisions
merchandise and plantation supplies as may be necessary to enable
the said D.A. Merchant to make harvests and prepare for
market his crops of all kinds during the Year AD 1886. Such
