present Year. Now for the purpose of Securing the said party of the second
part in payment of all such supplies as may be furnished me accordance
with the above agreement and in consideration of the sum of one dollar lawful
money of the United States to me in hand paid, I have given granted bargained
Sold and conveyed and do hereby give grant bargain sell Convey and
Confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever the following described property to wit, All the Crop I shall
make or cause to be made on all the lands owned or rented by me
of for me or for my benefit in Alachua County during the year 1887 and
thereafter until the above amount is paid. Also one Black Horse
four years old name "Billy." The above amount or so much thereof
as may be advanced to become due November 1st 1887
To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever, Provided, and these presents are
upon this express Condition that if the Said party of the first part
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the party of the second
part in full for all monies or merchandise that may have been
advanced by him during the current year then in that event these presents
are to be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect
I further agree to pay all Costs of Court and reasonable Attorneys
fees in case the party of the second part may be put to the necessity
of Collecting the same by the foreclosure of this Mortgage

Known who acknowled that he executed the foregoing Mortgage for
the purposes therein Expressed whereupon it is prayed that the
