        County of Putnam } P. Shindler of said County and State do hereby
and herein acknowledge full and complete payment and Satisfaction
by Mrs M.L. Oliver and P.M. Oliver of their certain Mortgage given me for
the sum of four hundred and thirty three and 07/100 dollars dated October
15th AD 1885 and recorded in Mortgage Book No "10" page 105 among the
Public Records of Alachua County State of Florida. In Testimony Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of July AD 1886

      Alachua County   } I Daniel Mahamery of above State and
County is indebted to James U. Stephens of the same State and County
in the sum of Sixty dollars which the said sum is covenanted
to be paid by my certain promissory note bearing date herewith and
for the Said sum of Sixty dollars bearing interest at the rate of ___
Now therefore to better secure the payment of said note and
interest as expressed therein I do by these presents grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said James U. Stephens heirs and assigns
all my right title interest and claim of in. Also the following
described property to wit: One Gray mare aged about twelve Years
and five head of Stock cattle marked Smooth crop and bullet hole
in Each ear no brand To have and to hold all and Singular
the crops lands and personal property above bargained and sold
