unto the said James U. Stephens his heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever Provided nevertheless that if the said Daniel Mahamery
should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said James U.
Stephens the full amount of said note together with the interest
according to its tenor and effect then this instrument to be void else to
remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that should
it become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said Daniel Mahamery will pay therefor all attorney's fees and expenses

County is indebted to Robert J. Miller of the County of Columbia State
of Florida in the sum of Forty dollars Covenanted to be paid by my
certain promissory note bearing even date herewith bearing interest
at 10% Now therefore to better secure the payment of said note
and interest thereon I do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Robert J. Miller his heirs and assigns all my right
title interest and claim of in and to all the crops of whatsoever
