I the said Daniel Mahamry should well and truly pay or cause to
be paid unto the said Robert J. Miller his heirs &c the full amount
of said note together with the interest according to the tenor and
effect thereof then this instrument to be void else to remain in full
force and effect In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand

           Alachua County   }  Whereas we Edward E. Leybourn and Mary
E. Leybourn his wife are Justly indebted to Arthur O. Steenburg in the
sum of One Hundred and Twenty five dollars which sum of money is
covenanted to be paid by one certain promissory note bearing even date
hereof, and whereas we are desirous of fully and better Securing
the payment of said note and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know all men by these Presents That for and in Consideration
of the premises and of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Arthur O. Steinburg his heirs and
assigns all the following described piece parcel or tract of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida to wit Commencing at the South West corner of the North Half of
Section Thirty two (32) running East Three (3) Acres to the Center of Lake
Street intersecting Michigan Avenue running thence North one and
a half (1 1/2) Acres, thence West to the Center line of the section
Highway on the West side of said Section thence South to the place of
beginning comprising Four and one half acres of said section in
Town nine of Range Twenty Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the same unto

For value received I hereby acknowledge full pay and Complete
satisfaction of the moneys secured to be paid by the within Mortgage
