     This Indenture made the 15 day of June in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and eighty six, Between James M. Stuart and Mary L. Stuart
(husband and wife) of the County of Orange State of Florida parties of
the first part and John M. Goodwin of the County of York State of
Maine party of the second part Whereas the said James M. Stuart and wife
are justly indebted to John M. Goodwin party of the second part in the sum of Two
Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States of America as shown by their
following promissory note:
    $2000,        Orlando June 15th 1886
  Two years after date for the value received we Jointly and Severally
promise to pay John M. Goodwin or order Two Thousand Dollars with Interest
at twelve percent per annum payable semiannually until paid.
and it is further agreed that if the foregoing promissory note or the interest
thereof be not paid when due then both principal and interest shall draw
interest thereafter at the rate of four percent per month until paid And
it is further agreed by the makers with the holder hereof that should
said note be collected by law that we will pay all costs of the
same including Attorney's fee

Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said parties of the first part 
for the better securing the payment of the said sum of money mentioned in
the foregoing promissory note and the interest thereon as Stipulated
and also for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold aliened revised released conveyed and confirmed.
And by these presents do grant bargain sell alien revise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of land situate lying
and being in the County of Orange and State of Florida and described
as follows to wit Section twenty (20) in Township Nine (9) South of
Range nineteen (19) East containing six hundred and forty (640)
acres more or less together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and
the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and also all the Estate right title interest
dower and right of dower separate estate property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and
to Hold the above granted and described premises unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to them and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever Provided Always and
