his heirs and assigns all my right title interest and claim of in and 
to all crops of whatsoever species kind or description now growing or which 
may hereafter be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for my 
benefit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida. 
Also the following described property to wit: Four head of Stock Cattle
consisting of two cows and two Calves marked crop and two Splits in
the right ear two Splits in the left no Brand also one sorel ^blaze face^
mare one Cart also Five head of Hogs same mark as cows
To Have and to Hold all and singular the crops lands and personal property 
above bargained and sold unto the said Charles W. Bauknight his heirs 
executors administrators and assigns forever Provided Nevertheless that if 
the said David Brown & Eliza should well and truly pay or cause to be paid 
unto the said Charles W. Bauknight the full amount of said note 
together with the together with the interest according to its legal
tenor and effect then this instrument to be void else to remain in 
full force and virtue. And it is further agreed that should it become 
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said David
Brown & Eliza will pay therefor all attorney's fees and expenses this to
secure all further advances In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set 
my hand and affixed my seal the Twelvth day of August AD 1886
