                   Will.

I, Wm. E. Taylor of Gainesville Florida being of sound mind and disposing
memory and realizing the uncertainties of this frail and transitory life make this
my last Will and Testament.
To my Wife Myra A. Taylor I bequeath and devise all of my property both
real and personal directing her to pay from the proceeds thereof all just debts
against my estate.
I suggest that since I have given my daughter Elizabeth about ten thousand
dollars and to Glover only about four thousand dollars, that she from time to time
give to my son Glover an amount in such shape as she shall elect so that the gifts to him will
equal those to his sister Elizabeth.
My debts with two exceptions are secured by collateral pledged as security,
these two are to Mrs. O. S. Lanier $ 800.00 and to Mrs. Margaret Gross $ 1,000.00
these two debts should be paid promptly.
I name my wife Myra A. Taylor and son J. Glover Taylor as executors of
this Will, neither of whom shall be required to obtain or give any bond or to obtain the
order of any Court to qualify as such executors.
I especially ask them however in all matters pertaining to my estate to consult
with my life long friend Eberle Baird in whose sound judgement I repose the most
unbounded faith.
To my executors herein named I authorize and empower them to convey all
property and to execute such deeds as they deem best.
Signed, published and declared by the testator, Wm. B. Taylor to be his last
Will and testament, at Gainesville, Florida this Feby. 27th. 1920.
                      Wm. B. Taylor.

     Signed, published and declared by
Wm. B. Taylor as his last Will in the
presence of us and in his presence, at his
request and in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses.
          E. Baird.
          C. A. Pound.

     Recorded this sixteenth... day of
August A. D. 1920.
          B.D. Hiers
          County Judge.
