             Know all men by these presents, that I, Hattie E. Elliott of
Alachua County, Florida, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
             I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my Father Ben E. Haile,
all real Estate including all houses, that I may own at my death.
             I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my Mother Matilda Haile, all
personal property, including all money, that I may own at my death,

             I do hereby appoint, name, nominate and constitute my Father, BEN E. HAILE
to be Executor of this Last Will and Testament, revok- all former wills by me made,
and I request that he be allowed to qualify as such without requiring to give any Bond, and
I direct that no inventory be made of my Estate.
             In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of
March A.D. 1923.

        The above Will was signed and declared by the said Hattie E. Elliott as
and for her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of both of us, who at her request
and in her presence and in the presence of each of us and in the presence of each other,
have hereunto subscribed our names, as witnesses.
