         Or my decease after all just debts and funeral expenses are paid I

direct that all of my estate be distributed as follows:
         
         To my niece Effie D. Pettit of Waldo, Florida I give all of my

wearing apparel, also all of my household furnishings of every description.

         The residue of my estate I give in the following proportional parts:

         To my said niece Effie D. Pettit 6/8 six eighth parts.

         To my niece Adelia Doane of Waldo, Florida 1/8 one eighth part.

         To my niece Ada Monita Doane of Waldo, Florida 1/8 part.
         
         I hereby appoint Nathan C. Pettit of Waldoas Executor of

the Will and request that he shall be exempt from giving surety upon his

Official Bond.
