              LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THOMAS HAYNES RICHARDSON.

          I, Thomas Haynes Richardson of Gainesville, Florida do hereby
make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former
Will by me made.
          First.    I give, bequeath and devise to my adopted daughter
Harriet, Hasseltine Rush, all my right, title and interest in any and all real
Estate, in the State of South Carolina, and particularly in Sumter County
South Carolina, to be hers in fee simple.
          The remainder of my estate, both real and person I give and
bequeath and devise to my wife Sarah Richardson to be hers in fee simple.
          I hereby appoint my wife Sarah E. Richardson my executor and request
that she be allowed to qualify and serve as such Executor without bond or security.
          In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13
day of August 1920.

hereunto set our hands as witnesses in the
presence of each other and the presence
of the said Thomas Haynes Richardson
