           I, Elizabeth Ann Wood, do hereby bequeath the interest on my share of
the Estate of my father, W.A. Wood, to my Brother Frederick M.G. Wood, and my
Sister, Frankline A. Pine, to be divided equally between them during their life time.
At their death said principal to go to my nephew Seth F.A. Wood.
