            I, Mrs. Alice Bayliss, being of sound mind and memory, do make my will as follows:
            First:  I direct that all my just debts be paid
            Second: I give all my estate both real and personal to Johnny W. Vidal, for his own
use and benefit forever, having no relatives, and thereby appoint said John W. Vidal as my
Executor, to serve without bond, with full power to sell mortgage or lease or in any other manner
to dispose of the whole or any part of my estate.
            November 20th 1923.

Subscribed, sealed, published and declared by Alice Bayliss as and for her last will and
testament and signed and sealed in the presence of witnesses, who at her request sign the
same in her presence and in the presence of each other, and at the same time, each of us have hereto
subscribed our names as witnesses hereto, on this 20th day of November A.D. 1923.

         IN THE NAME OF GOD.   AMEN.

        I, Mahalie Debose, widow and sole heir at law of Sam Debose, her former husband, being
of wound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and teansitory life, do
therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:
        First:- After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give devise and bequeath unto
Amos George and Nancy George his wife, all of my property, real, personal and mixed, including the
the following described land, to-wit:  Lots Thirty Nine (39) and Forty Two (42) of Section
twenty Eight (28) of Township Nine (9) S. of Range Nineteen (19) E. as is shown by plat of said
section recorded in Plat Book "A" at page 16 of the Public records of Alachua County, Florida, to
have and to hold the same, and to their heirs and assigns forever-
        Likewise I make, constitute and appoint Amos George and Nancy George to be the executors of
this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, and request that
they be allowed to qualify without having to give bond.
         IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 30th
day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twelve.

     The above partly written and printed instrument was subscribed by the said Mahalie Debose
