Thomas as sole Executrix of this my Will, and direct that she be not required
to give any Bond or to make an accounting or statement to any Court, of her management of
of said Estate, other than as may be necessary under the Law, for the payment of my debts and
the closing of said Estate.
     IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Margaret Tebeau, have signed, published and declared this
as my Last Will and Testament, at Gainesville, Florida, on this May 3rd, A.D. 1924.

     The above named, Margaret Tebeau, at Gainesville, in Alachua County, Florida,
on this 3rd day of May A.D. 1924, in our presence, signed and duly executed the above Will,
and published and declared the same as her Last Will and Testament; and at her request and
