LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
ARTIMICIA N. ADAMS
I, Artimicia N. Adams, of Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, being
of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament,
revoking all others.
FIRST: I direct that all expenses in connection with my last illness,
death and burial, and all just debts that I may owe at the time of my death be paid
first out of my estate.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath unto my brothers, FABIAN THOMAS
and BALLARD THOMAS, share and share alike, all the remainder and residue of my estate,
real, personal and mixed that I may have at the time of my death.
THIRD: I hereby appoint as Executor of this my last will and testament,
E.G. Baxter, of Gainesville, Florida, to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name on this sixteenth fay
of January, In the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and twenty-four.

The above and foregoing typewritten instrument was subscribed by the said testatrix
Artimicia N. Adams, in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, and acknowledged
by her to each of us, and she, at the same time, declared the said instrument, so sub-
scribed, to be her last will and testament; and we, at her request, and in her presence,
and in the presence of each other, have hereunto signed out names as witnesses thereto,
and have written opposite to our said signatures, our respective places of residence;
