I, Ella J. Richardson, of Gainesville, Florida make this my Last 
Will.
1st.      I give, devise and bequeath my estate and property, real and personal
to my son Clarence Wheeler Richardson.
2nd.      I appoint Drew S. Days of Gainesville, Florida, executor of this
my Will, and it is my wish that he shall not be called upon to give bond for
his faithful execution thereof.
          In Witness whereof, I have signed and sealed and published and
declared this instrument as my Will at Gainesville, Florida, on this the
twenty third day of April, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ten.
